As the Production Manager Packaging...
... you are leading the Packaging Department of Royal Grolsch. Your goal? To ensure that the 115 people that are responsible for packing our beautiful beers and our installations, processes and systems meet quality requirements and reach the packaging output in the most effective and efficient way. How? By developing, implementing and executing an effective production strategy based on LEAN and the Asahi Way of Working values. With your focus on continuous improvement, change management and leadership you will strive for optimal performance. As the Production Manager Packaging you will report to the Technical Director and be part of the Integrated Supply Management Team.
Your key responsibilities are:
We are looking for a seasoned operational manager who is capable of bringing change in our Packaging department!
You are a team player and a strong people manager with the right leadership skills to give direction to the team. You have a strong character, find your way easily in a commercial organization and are able to put your vision on managing packaging productivity into practice. This means that you convince both management and your team in getting them moving. With your good communication skills, you know how to motivate and inspire people. By initiating the right change, you contribute constructively to a winning team within our organization!
